Legal guarantee

Under EU and Maltese consumer law, every cover we sell carries a two-year legal guarantee of conformity. If your cover arrives damaged, doesn't match what you ordered, or develops a manufacturing fault within two years, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Finish warranty

The steel finish is warranted against peeling, blistering, and coating failure under normal outdoor use. Surface changes caused by impact damage, abrasive cleaning, or paint applied over the finish are not covered. Near the coast, an occasional rinse with fresh water keeps the finish at its best.

Returns on made-to-measure goods

Each cover is CNC-cut and finished to your specification — size, colour, pattern, and engraving. Because they are custom-made, covers are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right that applies to off-the-shelf online purchases (Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16(c)). This never affects your two-year legal guarantee: faulty or non-conforming covers are always repaired or replaced.

Ordered the wrong size? Contact us before your order enters production — usually within 24 hours of purchase — and we'll amend or cancel it without charge.

Damaged on arrival

Check your cover on delivery. If anything is damaged, photograph it and message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours — we'll arrange a repair or replacement at no cost.

How to make a claim

Send your order confirmation (or the name and date on the order) plus photos of the issue via the contact page or WhatsApp. We reply within one business day.
