Will the cover fit my AC unit?

Yes — every cover is made to measure. Our Small covers suit units up to 60 × 60 × 50 cm and Large up to 90 × 90 × 55 cm; if your condenser sits outside those ranges, send us its width, height, and depth on WhatsApp and we'll quote a custom size. Always allow a few centimetres of clearance around the unit for airflow.

Does a cover affect the air conditioner's performance?

No. The CNC-cut patterns are engineered to keep more than enough open area for the condenser to breathe. The cover shields the unit from direct sun, rain, and salt air — which in Malta's climate typically helps the unit run cooler and last longer.

How much does a cover cost?

Standard CNC patterns start at €400 (Small) and €450 (Large). Maltese Heritage designs — family crests, coats of arms, surname panels — and Locality designs start at €550 (Small) and €600 (Large). On-site installation is an optional €50 add-on, and delivery anywhere in Malta is €15.

How long does delivery take?

2 to 3 weeks from order to delivery, island-wide across Malta. Each cover is cut and finished to order — nothing sits in a warehouse.

Can I install it myself?

Yes. Covers arrive with fixing brackets and instructions; most customers wall-mount them with basic tools in under an hour. If you'd rather not, add on-site installation (+€50) at checkout and our team fits it for you.

Will it rust?

The covers are steel with a durable baked finish — the same protection used on outdoor railings and marine fittings. It resists UV, rain, and salt spray far better than paint. An occasional rinse with fresh water keeps the finish at its best, especially near the coast.

Can you cut my family crest or a custom design?

Yes — custom crests are one of our specialities. Send us a photo or description of your family crest, surname, or any motif, and we'll draw it up for CNC cutting. Custom Heritage covers start from €550.

What colours are available?

Five standard finishes: Porcelain White, Espresso, Matte Black, Petrol, and Stone Grey. Pick yours in the configurator — the 3D preview shows exactly how your pattern looks in each finish.

Do you deliver outside Malta?

Currently we deliver and install in Malta and Gozo only. If you're abroad and interested, message us on WhatsApp — for the right project we can usually work something out.
